[cvsnt] Problems with perm file

Hi,

Why is cvsnt making new ".perms" files  with "default:rwc" settings when I
add new subdirectories?
I have locked down the repositories by using the group file, and given
access by editing the ".perms" file in the root folder. But when a user
(witch has access) adds a new directory with files, the default is "world
writeable"!

Is this a bug, or are there any way I can configure what CVSNT uses as the
default in the .perms file?
