[cvsnt] Problem Checking out projects in Eclipse

Hi all

I have installed CVSNt on one of our server and copied entire CVS
repository from old server to the new server. The repository name on the
old server and the new server are different and hence the folder name.

I could check out the projects from the new repository using command line
however when I try to checkout the projects from Eclipse , I get an error
saying

Problems encountered performing checkout

Reason :Cannot set folder sync info on /

Does anyone have any clue what this mean and what could be causing this
problem ?

Is there anything I am missing during setup ?

P.N I can browse all the projects using Eclipse and I can also see history
and all.
