[cvsnt] Ann: XML schema for cvs log output

In the spirit of Wiki: where ever you want. If someone thinks it's in wrong
place, they can move it. I have always been surprised, how well it works.

Right now I don't have immediate need to use your system, but as soon as I
write my next script, I hopefully can simplify things quite a lot.
