[cvsnt] Environment variables CVS_CLIENT_PORT and CVS_PASSFILE

Hi,

I need to use CVS_CLIENT_PORT and CVS_PASSFILE environment variables but
it seems that cvs ignores these environment variables (I did not dry
CVS_PASSFILE on Linux platform, but CVS_CLIENT_PORT on both platforms). Am
I wrong or it is not implemented ?

I tried cvsnt on Linux and on Windows too, but with the same result.
