Fix crash when checking out a single file from a heirarchy and putting
it into a single directory (it sounds obscure but needs fixing anyway).
Minor cosmetic stuff. cvsgui protocol update.

Sync up to 2.0.3
Checkout symbolic branch revisions.  eg. 'foo.10' is the 10th revision
in branch 'foo'. (Eventually I'd like this to be the default way of
accessing files, but it'll play havoc with the frontends so I'm taking
it slowly).
