[cvsnt] Problems with cvs log command

WinCVS 1.2 comes with cvs 1.10. Try the latest WinCVS 1.3 beta (works fine
here) that comes with cvsnt or/and remove the cvs.exe that comes with WinCVS
and replace it with cvsnt.
