I don't quite see why you're using ampersand modules for this (these are
indeed currently in a state of flux as I understand). How about (untested):

Product_1 -a _A _B
Product_2 -a _C _B
_A -a M/A
_B -a !M/B/b3 M/B
_C -a M/C
