[cvsnt] The command line is too long.

It's possible that you're calling a script that has too long of a
command line as the commit is processed--are there any scripts called in
your modules file for that repository / module?  It's also possible that
there is a problem internally in CVS, but I would think that less
likely.  There's a switch on the command line to prevent processing of
module scripts, IIRC, that you might be able to try for confirmation
that is or is not the problem.

I know Tony was changing the way *one* of the scripts was being
called--changing from a long command line to stdin for the list of
files/version to make it consistent with the others.  Not sure if that
is related here or not.
