U krijgt automatisch een emailtje terug van ons met het ticketnummer.
Let wel: wij kunnen alleen aan uw ticket werken tijdens kantooruren!  

Indien u al naar deze mailbox een mailtje heeft gestuurd zullen wij uw  
mailtje doorzetten naar ons ticketsysteem en is het niet nodig nogmaals
een mailtje te verzenden.
