[cvsnt] Is usage of cvs.exe (as client) discouraged at the host where the repository lives?

Hi everybody.

I am using the latest stable release of CVSNT (2.0.8) on a Win2K server.

I remember having read something about &subject; but cannot find the
reference to it.

Can anybody enlighten me about the issue? (reference and/or explanation).

And thanks to the CVSNT people for the port!
