[cvsnt] problem with pserver

I am facing a problem with CVS pserver. The following is the error displayed.


CVSROOT: saurabh at 10.8.0.54:d:/project (password authentication)

TCL is available, shell is enabled : help (select and press enter)

cvs edit installation_notes.txt (in directory D:\proj\)

cvs [edit aborted]: Error reading from server 10.8.0.54: -1
