[cvsnt] Build RPM under RedHat 8.0

I downloaded the stable source (cvsnt-2.0.13.tar.gz), and try to build a
rpm under my RedHat 8.0, but it failed on the missing man pages? Should I
just remove the line: "gzip $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_mandir}/man8/*" in the spec
file? What is the document reference in man8 directory, is it OK to have
these docs missing? Here are the last few lines with unsuccessful build
rpm:

+ gzip '/var/tmp/cvsnt-root/usr/share/man/man8/*'
gzip: /var/tmp/cvsnt-root/usr/share/man/man8/*: No such file or directory
