[cvsnt] SSPI permissions issues

Both machines really are XP Professional - I apologize, I forgot to specify
that.
The server is only a week or so old, as well.

Part of the question is really if there is any way to use SSPI (or gserver,
since
that's probably another option) without actually setting up a Windows
Domain.
