I've experimented with the ACL on NT, and it seems to be very simple and
straightforward.  I'm not aware of any differences in it's operation between
NT and Linux since it's not actually file system ACL's it's applying, it's
CVSNT's own implementation of that (it seems to operate the same--I just
tried a quick test on my Linux box).  I'm still new to it, but I recently
posted a note to someone else on using them on NT, see the thread "How to
permit/not permit commit to an assigned branch?" for the details.

I'd recommend you create a test module and check it out, I have a feeling
it'll work just fine for you, but you should take note:  CVSNT file
permissions aren't at the OS level.  If someone has access to your box and
you didn't have appropriate UNIX permissions on the files, you could still
have trouble.

If you come up with a reasonable solution that your UNIX admins and your
users can work with, then you might consider adding another page to the wiki
to cover that setup for others later!
