Check done, on XP-Pro there is a new tool called reg.exe that is a
console registry manipulation tool. It allows manipulation on remote
machines as well, so I don't even have to run it on the remote
machine! Can do it from my own. :-)

Next step now is to:
- Find out which items need to be added/changed
- Find out how to install the lockserver
