[cvsnt] CVS help

Hi,
 
I followed the guide from http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/InstallationTips to
install and run CVS.
 
it gives me 
cvs [passwd aborted]: unrecognized auth response from Server_Name: cvs
server: E cannot open 
E:/folder1/CVS/rep/Source/CVSROOT/config: Permission denied
 
I set up permissions, cvsroot according to documentations: set
cvsroot=:pserver:acc_name at Server_name:/Folder
Then I tried to login:   cvs login
It promted for the CVS Password: 
I only have user password to loging into the server.
I do not have CVS password.
 
Could you please guide me through the process or at least point out what
I did wrong and what I should do.
