[cvsnt] CVSNT installation on an NT web server

Have you managed to port and/or compile CvsGraph for Win32 as well?  I've
only been able to find the tarball sources for Win32, and was hoping to
avoid needing to compile it...  Do you know if there are any binaries for
Win32 available anywhere?
