[cvsnt] Server configuration missing --allow-root

Hello all,

   I am trying to install cvsnt in a Windows 2000 Server machine. I could 
install it successfully and use in locally, but when I try to access it 
through pserver I get the following message:


   Server configuration missing --allow-root in inetd.conf

  Do you know what do I have to do to correct it?
