[cvsnt] Problem with CVS LOGIN

Hi,

A few weeks ago I downloaded the latest CVS for NT version and since I've
got a problem to automatically log into CVS with my
perl scripts. I used to do something like:

system('echo password|cvs login');

It used to work fine, but now the prompt for the password appears and my
scripts hang until I provide the correct password.

Is there a way to include the password on the cvs login command? Is it
possible to extend $CVSROOT with password?

Furthermore, I cannot get the .cvspass file to work for me: is it actually
possible to use this login in Win32 environment?
