cvsnt 2.0.8 Improve compatibility of Unix builds. This was partly an attempt to get it to work on HP-UX (which didn't work, but most of it was there.. HP-UX has no c++, a broken shell, and a dynamic loader that is quite frankly bizarre). Nothing Win32 related this time... Tony
