[cvsnt] Problem while importing or adding txt-files which contain escape characters like ä,ö,ü

Yes!
It is a failed check that WinCvs does for characters that are not in
the standard ASCII range 0x1..0x7f.
In Sweden we have a number (6) of characters outside this range and I
get this error every time I import via WinCvs.
Just ignore it.
