[cvsnt] Import from working copy (RFE 128)

As recently discussed on cvsgui-dev and the cvsgui SF tracker, I'd like to
suggest an enhancement to the Import command, namely the ability to import
from an existing sandbox into a different repository without having to
re-specify all the text/binary/Unicode classifications. The relevant
bugzilla entry with references to the related discussions could be found

Any more thoughts on this?
