I too am facing the same problem. Except for the 
annotate link all links seems to be giving me a
problem
similar to what you mentioned.
Were you able to solve your problem ? If so could you
let me know the fix.
As far as I can recollect, the whole setup did start
working for me (for a few minutes though), and then
all 
of a sudden stopped. I am unable to reason out how / 
what caused it to stop working..
