[cvsnt] Status NONCVS file

You're kind of off topic since cvsnt does not have a GUI.

Import only imports the files into a repository and will not 'bind' these
files to cvs. For that, you have to checkout your files, to a different
directory, after the import. The checkout will create the CVS subdir with
all the information.
