[cvsnt] unedit sometimes ineffective

Hello,

using cvsnt (build 57h) and wincvs, i have sometimes the problem, that
unedit a file doesn't work. the scenario is:
- i execute an editors command and see, that i am editor of a file.
- i execute a unedit command
- the command returns with no error
- i execute an editors command and see, that i'm still editor !

A workaround i found is to perform another edit command immediatly followed
by the unedit command. Unfortunatly i can't make more precise descriptions
of 'sometimes'.
