[cvsnt] AtomicCommits strange message.

Hi.

I am playing sometime with config file and I thought that was a good idea
testing atomic commits (i don't know if anybody is working with it), but
if i enable this option the commits returns this message.

cvs server: Hardlinking not supported in d:/repostest/testcvs/CVSROOT
- disabling atomic commits: Function not implemented

I presume it's a problem with our server not of cvsnt, because i don't see 
nothing
about this in mailing list. On the other hand we are not working with this 
option,
i only active it because i was bored ;).

PD: Ah! the cvsnt version was 2.0.2 both server/client. and WinCVS 1.3.13.1
