[cvsnt] Setting up client and server using winCVS and CVSNT

Hi,

I am having trouble in setting up the wincvs client and server in our
company and was looking for help. 
I would greatly appreciate if you can share your knowledge of setting up the
server on a WindowsXP pro machine and similar machines for clients. What all
do I need to do to get this setup.
