[cvsnt] (licensing) What do I have to do to keep CVS and non-GNU seperated?

Lol, already spent a couple hours on those links.  I'll see what I can do
though, sounds like I need to display a "Powered by CVS" logo on the
installation program.  Or maybe I should just GPL the installation
program...
