[cvsnt] Re: added files become read only

I tried it out and it is not read only for me. I am using SSPI but I do not
think this is important.

IIRC I had this problem some time ago, try to delete the sandbox and
checkout a fresh copy. It seems that the "Check out read only" option is
remembered in the sandbox. (Obviously make sure that you do not lose any
changes made to the sandbox).
