[cvsnt] CVSNT server cost

What is impressive for me is that, even in theese circumstances, we can 
nowadays count on this port to Windows environments of this very 
fundamental tool.

I also agree with Glen that the support you can get by communities like 
this one can even be better than the one you can get for non-free[1] 
software.

In the same spirit, any support you return to the community that also 
supports you is more than wellcome and encouraged.

I'd love to do cvsnt full time, but it's not gonna happen in the real
world - I'd need sponsorship to something approaching my annual salary
to do it and there's been less than £10 donations so far :)
