[cvsnt] How to add users and groups to cvsnt

Hi Glen,

Thanks for the reply. We donot have a domain for our Windows machines, we
use windows workgroup. That's why I am not sure how I can stop the users
from accessing CVSROOT. I tried to create a  Window user on the server
machine and try to alias the cvs users with that real windows user, and I am
unable to make it work. If I alias the cvs users with the  admin who runs
the CVSNT service, it works out fine. If only I can stop the users from
accessing CVSROOT under the repository..  Could you let me know if you knew
a way to do that?
