I'm not really sure what you're saying there. Is it that you could not
reproduce my problem or that you have identified the problem to be the
use of symbolic tags instead of revision numbers?

In any case, I definitely think filtering by symbolic tags *should*
work under all circumstances. Displaying warnings about tags not
existing on certain files is totally pointless and annoying IMO given
that I explicitly asked _only_ for files *with* that tag...

It would definitely be extremely useful if -R could be combined with
filters.
