The options are not on the CVS side! Do this:
1- Don't log in to the TS PC with the local account, use a domain
account instead.

2- Or convince the IT department to change the policies on this TS PC
to allow the network access you need from a local account.

After this has been fixed you can use whatever protocol you like, but
I would choose SSPI anyday for a local network with only Windows
machines.
