[cvsnt] connection reset (was: CVSNT on XP)

OK so after some fiddling around, this is where it's at:

- I added my user to the Users group (it was previously only in the
Administrators group)
- this got rid of the access denied error
- now I get a 'Socket Exception: Connection reset' error

any brilliantideas?
