[cvsnt] Setup SSH in CVSNT

Can anybody help me with how to setup SSH in CVSNT installed in a Windows environment? We are going to use a remote CVSNT server installed in Win2k. Right now, the server is configured for pserver and is working ok...
 
Well, what I really want to accomplish is setup a connection between WSAD (supports pserver,ext, and extssh) and a remote CVSNT server using ext/extssh, whichever works, but based on what I know, ext is better since I won't need another program(i.e., putty) to connect via ssh... Can you please guide me as to what I need to do step by step?
