[cvsnt] Converting binary files to ASCII

Christian,

I thought this was an easy question at first.  Normally  I have the other 
problem.  I commint a .res file into the repository, but it thinks it is text.

should work.

should work, but the way to check is to checkout the project in a new 
sandbox, or delete the dfm (of course saving it incase something goes 
wrong) and cvs update.
