[cvsnt] Error on tag

A colleague was just doing a cvs tag on a directory and after it had tagged
a few files it stopped with the following error message:

cvs [server aborted]: cannot rename file /<path>/,<file>, to
/<path>/<file>,v: Permission denied

I checked on the server and couldn't see anything obviously wrong and the
file with the comma on the front wasn't there. I told him to try again and
it worked ok.

Any idea what the problem could have been?

We're running 2.0.41 on Win2K.
