[cvsnt] assiging revision 0.1

Hi friends
 
I am new to the world of CVS.
 
 make a new module in the repository and add files into it. The
default version given is 1.1
 
Now I want to know whether it is possible to assign the version
number 0.1 at the beginning. If yes then how.
