I meant that there's a list of files that are hardcoded to always act as 
if they are in that list (e.g. config, cvsrc, cvswrappers, modules, 
modules2, etc.) and that group might not automatically be included.  You 
don't need to list all the files that are automatically in that list in 
the checkoutlist file, just the differences.  I don't think it hurts 
anything to include ones that are automatically in there though (but 
I've never tried it).
