[cvsnt] adding repositories to "valid repository roots" from command line

To create a cvs repository, you call "cvs init", but this alone doesn't make
it available. It needs to be added to the "valid repository roots" on the
repositories tab of the cvs service manager.
Is there any command line tool to do this, or am I stuck adding the registry
entry myself?

Thanks,
 Bill.
