[cvsnt] Possible to build InnoSetup installation using downloaded binaries?

I don't like the idea of having an MSI installer once more for CVSNT.
I much more like the InnoSetup one, so I was wondering if it is
possible to build the InnoSetup version based on the files in the
"binaries without installer" download instead?
I have looked at cvsnt.iss and it looks like some of the files used
are not included in the binaries download, could this be picked up
from an older installation instead?
