2.0.58d also fixes that (since that error hasn't been in the win32 
builds for a while AFAIK).

It's up to you - I'd like people to use 2.0.62 of course (bugs get fixed 
faster when people aren't 4 versions behind my development tree!).  If 
you have any problems with that version I'll jump on them as fast as I 
can to get them fixed.
