CVS is designed for world-wide software development co-operation.
Therefore all time stamps of CVS handled files are in UTC timeframe.
I think you are 1 hour off UTC, that is why you see this.
Don't worry about it, noone really needs to handle the checkin times
anyway, it is handled by CVS behind the scenes.

Subject: [CVSNT] host time vs cvsnt service time

--- Erhalten von  I0.U114371 0512 20 26 41                   16.02.04 10.44

hai all;

i have a question about the time cvsnt uses; when i commit a change to
a module at 10:06 the $Log$ shows me:

Revision 1.2  2004/02/16 09:06:12  u114371

the server time ist set to 10:06, why does cvs brand the log with 09:06?
the cvsnt (2.0.9) is running on an Win2003 server, but the same happens
on other cvsnt services running on winxp or 2000;

did not find any commands to modify the date/time settings of the cvsnt
service, how can i fix that?

thanks for any responses...
