[cvsnt] Re: cvstemp dir not clearing itself due to CVSMailer

Seems like my mail server stopped sending out emails....
So I have instead updated the website so that the exe file is
separately available.
If you can get it from there you can test if forcibly setting the
current dir elsewhere than in the cvsnt temp solves anything.
The version available as exe file does what is described below.
