[cvsnt] Working Configuration

Just wanted to share that the following configuration was setup last week
and working very nicely:

Windows 2003 Server
- CVSNT 2.0.14
- Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 8.1.1.x
- CVSMailer 1.3.11.10
- ActivePython 2.2.2 b224 (for CVSMailer)

Windows 2000 Professional w/ SP3
- TortoiseCVS 1.6 stable
- Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 8.00.x

Notes:

I could not get CVSMailer to work with CVSNT 2.0.16.
Symantec AV is with default realtime options, but we may modify those to do
less scanning as the repositories get larger.

I just migrated our entire old PVCS into CVS (manually, without a script -
wasn't too tough or time consuming)
