[cvsnt] synchronizing with CVS

Hi

  I am a new user of CVSNT.

  I am using IBM WSAD as the client ,


  I have a project which is added to CVS , I made some changes to the 
some files in my project.

When I do a synchronize with repostiry or compare the whole project , it 
says there is no difference with the remote code.

But If I compare the individual files  I changed , it will show the 
difference.

Why is this happening.

What am I doing wrong?
