[cvsnt] Moved repository to different computer

I had my repository set up on one computer, but had to move it over to
a different machine.  The directory structure is identical, but now
when I execute a command (e.g. log) from WinCVS, I get an error
message:
cvs [server aborted]: Cannot access C:/SourceCode/CVSROOT: Permission
denied

Is there something I should change in the CVSROOT directory itself?
