[cvsnt] Solaris 8 and 2.0.20?

fixed that, Solaris needs time.h included in timegm.h, this works :

[rollcage]/opt/store/utils/cvsnt-2.0.20/lib{51} : more timegm.h

I assume you'd want to wrap that up though :)
