[cvsnt] Does chacl command of CVSNT accept HEAD branch ?

I just do a chacl with no tag, which becomes the default for all 
branches.  I don't know if there is a way to specify main | HEAD or not 
though... that would be handy for the times when you want all EXCEPT the 
head locked down (rare, but it happens).
