[cvsnt] CVSNT on XP-Home

Win XP Home is a crippled version of WinXP-Pro and is known for account limitations.
It is also known for setting all external connections to log in as Guest, which also sucks.

There might be hope, but a better advice is to get XP-Pro instead.

I have properly installed CVSNT on a XP-Home machine but it seems I
can't create CVSUsers group.

Is it possible to use CVSNT (for local development only) on a XP Home
machine ?
